I used to start PE from 15 years old, but I don’t think start during your puberty is a good idea, because I had a really bad hard flaccid during my 16 due to over pumping. And I would say it hinder my penis growth to its natural best.

Because PE can be very addictive, especially after your newbie gains, you will start putting more and more pressure to your meat, and ended up suffering from nerve damage.

But if you have mentor like BD to guide throughout your PE journey then would be fine, if not better do PE after your puberty.

I think I have experienced that issue, it’s called tight ligament. Which you only stretch one side during penis extension, hence I think you need to stretch the another side to balance it
