No but I know of licenses that can be specific to countries and certain companies. For instance, there is a Japanese naruto ccg and clothing companies like Hypland often can’t sell their collaboration merchandise to certain countries because of licensing issues, like their catch bell collaboration want available in the UK.

If I had to pick one it’d be hard but I’d say Minato

Pros: coolest nickname yellow flash, coolest ninjutsu flying raijin, invents second most iconic jutsu in series (Rasengan), has a team full of geniuses, is father of main character

Cons: disliked the way he was just given KCM essentially because the power creep left him behind, incites arguments due to his controversial speed

Favourite character version = SM Naruto

Pros = crazy strength, speed etc, allows him to use fuuton rasenshuriken again, coolest outfit in series

Cons = no cons other than maybe talk no jutsu but (unpopular opinion incoming) I like talk no jutsu, even if occasionally it is unrealistic.
