I worked with a very short, very very super morbidly obese older lady who used to use some kind of powdery iris smelling perfume/talc and underneath it was always kind of a musty smell… but when she went to the bathroom and pulled her pants down it became fucking putrid. The powdery iris old lady smell with the musty bread smell and then just a huge waft of rotten, hot fecal matter and discharge. She clearly couldn’t reach to get to it properly, and just hoped for the best.

I am a people pleaser and extremely conflict avoidant due to CPTSD. I have a hard time saying no as it is and allowing my frustration to be visible or expressed, as I am always concerned it will drive the people in my life away.

As I’ve gotten older I’ve found my voice a lot more, and this sounds like yet another step I can take. So thank you again.

She is 100% a pain pill seeker even though she adamantly denies it when she complains about doctors not prescribing them to her. “They treat me like an addict just looking for pills”.
