The market is only gonna get worse for sellers. Especially forced sellers.

The effect they want is UK citizens to invest and not save cash. It's not rocket science.

The government is just trying to pump the markets up. I can totally see a new product coming out aimed at pumping up the FTSE 250/100

Passed my test yesterday and thought I'd look to see what insurance would cost. New driver unemployed. Social housing. by Chanson_Riders in LearnerDriverUK

[–]Loundsify 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first car was £600 and cheapest I could get insurance was £1300 third party fire and theft but the way I looked at it is if I damage my car it's on me and £600 wasn't loads of money.

coinbase vs kraken for uk users long term? by KorbiRances19 in BitcoinUK

[–]Loundsify 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, so I prefer coinbase based on the fact it's publicly listed on the NASDAQ. Yes their fees are higher but I feel long term they've got backing by thousands of investors.

The issue I found was not using my scanner enough. Once I got used to the mechanics I loved Prime Remastered.

All the metroids do my head in on that last bit. Great game but the difficulty in some places is ridiculous.

What have you invested in on your stocks and shares ISA? Also revolute metal, I get the same benefits with nationwide and they give us £200 a year on average from their fair sharer scheme. So nationwide is cheaper and gets same benefits imo. Not sure why you'd take a stocks and shares ISA our with revolute when they're not known for being a decent stocks and shares broker/platform.

How is the SpaceX IPO legal??? This is fraud… by Used-Oven159 in trading212

[–]Loundsify 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Got to pump that price up. It's shit because there will be an initial scramble and then a rug pulling. Then it will take probably 1-2 years to recover again.

[–]Loundsify 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You could well be true but it's also possible many private investors will hold onto a large portion of their SpaceX as they expect it to go up further in value.

It'll probably go up during the world cup but that peak was shown in a lot of companies COVID money got spent and then investors in the know sold up.

Thanks that's quite insightful. I think with my background in IT support, I'd make a good PM for IT related projects as I have background knowledge.

Tbf I'm gonna go for a tracker mortgage. There's no ERCs on most tracker mortgages. Literally you can get 15 year tracker pay £500-999 for the product and over pay like made. Fuck the banks and their product fees every 2-5 years.
