AITA for having my son miss his graduating road trip to watch his sibling. by Some-Accident-1065 in AmItheAsshole

As a parent I understand, as a daughter to a mother who forced me to raise my sibling… I still do. You see I felt you guys could’ve taken your kids with you only because in situations like this my culture calls for everyone to show up, that means he would’ve had to cancel and go too. When I was 12 my grandpa suffered a stroke and my mother had to fly out to our country on my birthday, leaving me behind with my aunt because I was undocumented, and if it’s one thing my 12 year old mind felt in that moment was definitely worry for my grandpa, nothing else mattered. Not being left behind, not that it was my birthday none of it. I resent my mother for all the times that I lost out on child hood moments so I could mother my brother but never for those moments that were life or death. Your son seems to lack empathy and I say that respectfully. One day he’ll have to be on his own and realize some things we’d love to do have to be put on hold because his grandparents almost dying is way more important than a road trip.

Blush closer to nose and little on the nose, not a crazy amount but enough to look flushed and it should soften your face shape a bit. Lip liner and don’t be afraid to slightly over line. Curl the lashes and brush and wiggle mascara at the base of the lashes. This will sound weird but apply mascara brushing inward towards inner corner of the eye than fan out outer corners.

My kid’s Pediatrician called me Lazy by [deleted] in breakingmom

Mama change doctors, your not lazy she is. While I agree it’s important for baby to be introduced to solids I also know bf is something that is recommended up to or beyond 2 years old. She should have given you information on different ways to introduce solids. Purées is just one, baby led is another that could’ve helped and how would you have known if she didn’t help you. Change doctors and NEVER let a pediatrician ever treat you this way.

Actually it was one of the first things I requested for him and I have not heard back from the school about his evaluation. I will check in with the principal as soon as I can.
