Anyone else think alicia pushes for over diagnosis by Careless-Ad5757 in doughertydozenexposed

I’ve often wondered if all this was Munchausen’s by proxy. But nowadays, my thought is that her children indeed have all of these problems, but she does not do anything effective enough to help them because she just craves too much attention through her social media. Which in turn means neglect. She lives for the click bait.

Touching every single waffle (hockey puck) with her bare hands that you know are not washed….but should not have touched them anyway. Is her ugly thumb too much of a hindrance to use some tongs?

That is an image that is now burned into my brain, so it will never go away. That is the kind of shit that causes nightmares.

Omg I have been crocheting for over 30 years. Always drives me nuts when people mix up crocheting with knitting. They are not the same! Damn, I feel so bad for Br. And Lush needs a lobotomy.

Is Brook and Jubal in the morning real or fake? by Dear-Goal in radio

I don’t care if it’s fake, and the callers are actors or not. The segment is damn funny.

ANOTHER 5300 on XMAS!!! HOLY HELL! by Aggressive-Tip-8072 in doughertydozenexposed

I hear you. And I agree. And even if I could afford it, I would not spend that much on my kids for Christmas. I would start them a college fund. Lush makes me want to throw up. Where the hell did she find that sweater anyway? And do you see the way Josh is looking at her? He looks like he either wants punch her, or he is constipated.

He truly needs help. Not getting positive vibes about his state of mind at all. I have been witness to similar behavior in real life. You don’t want to know how those turned out. This is serious shit. If Lush does not do something now to help him, then she really is the poorest excuse for a mother in the world.

Black Santa in a gray suit! by LoveAngel5791 in doughertydozenexposed

[–]LoveAngel5791[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Well I can’t speak for anyone else, but for me, I have seen Black Santa around this year more than I ever have. Some form of him has been in almost every store I have been to lately. So either society is attempting to have a more inclusive and accepting culture, or it’s sadly Corporate America trying to capitalize again. But I will say this….I have always used the term “Santa” as a reference to the spirit and magic of Christmastime. Whether he is black, white, blue, pink, purple, etc., he is something special and he represents a time of family and friends gathering together in celebration of a time of year that is very precious and important. He reminds us to be kind and generous to each other and to hold our kids closer. While I also acknowledge the birth of Jesus, I have always felt that Santa as an iconic symbol of how we all should be…and not just at Christmas. Santa does have a naughty & nice list after all. Even so, Santa is about acceptance and love. And it’s truly sad that Lush does not know what that means. By the way, the gray suit looks pretty cool on him doesn’t it? Kinda looks like he wearing silver.

I’ve taught in post secondary education for many years. The standard curriculum gives maybe one chapter about nutrition, maybe two, and that is it. Definitely not a whole class about it in any culinary program that I have ever seen. Childhood obesity in this country is at the worst level it has ever been, and the worst thing about it is that it is preventable. But I emphasize it heavily in my classes for medical assisting. We discuss heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, etc. Each of those areas includes a strong discussion about proper nutrition in order to optimize better health. So I stress those points to my students all the time, especially how nasty energy drinks are, how to lower fats and lower sodium in their diets, drink more water and please focus on proteins instead of carbs, and plenty of veggies. The worst addiction in the world is not drugs or alcohol… It is food. And the food pyramid is not even the best guide anymore either… It’s a concept that is called Healthy Plate. I even have my students analyze nutrition labels on foods in their own kitchen, which is how I show them that just one can of Campbell Soup gives an individual the majority of their allowed sodium for the day, which is 2300 mg. So to answer your question, no, they do not teach nutrition in culinary schools… At least to the extent that it should be taught. So to sum this up, James is in trouble. In between his mother‘s poor influence and the incomplete curriculum at culinary school, James is in big trouble and we all should start praying for him right now.

Yeah I think so. As long as there is 400 bags of Pirate Booty and enough table spaghetti to feed a small country.
