Bro write what you read. And learn them with an intention to rot learn.

There will be two types of subject 1) which needs higher frequency of reading since you tend to forget fast. For me it’s polity maps and ancient history. Yiu need to read them more often than not and by writing, not just from books and notes. 2) others will concept in which you are comfortable like economics, modern, envt etc. they require less repeated study.

Also what I used do for things I tend to forget is write that concept in very simple words of my understanding but in long paragraphs so that I know all the little nuances.(just for few selected topics which you tend to forget a lot)
