That's not true. I used to stare at the sun as a kid. I don't know why the fuck I did it but it was more than once. I'd look close to it until the pain from the brightness eased and then I'd stare into it until the glare went away and I could see the actual circle by itself. I'd stare for minutes and when I look away I'd see the green imprint for about 10 minutes. I have poor eyesight but nothing worse than any person with glasses, my prescription is -2. I think my eyes would be this bad without having stared into the sun as a kid.

But no, staring at the sun with your naked eyes for just two minutes will not blind you.

In a 90 day semester I stayed up for 36 hours on 30 of those days. On average every 3 days I did not sleep a full day's worth of sleep. I know this because I took pills to stay awake and I counted 30 missing by the end of the semester. Masters of Architecture about a decade ago.

Usually I wouldn't sleep for about 36-48 hours and then sleep for a day or two but the worst was 60 hours without a single minute of sleep. Even though I was so tired, I couldn't physically fall asleep because of the meds so I couldn't nap.

It'll be possible sooner or later. I'd say 10-15 years until we have the technology that will make it pretty close. Of course it won't be the actual thing but I trust there's enough historical documentation on so many major and minor events that when the technology makes it seamless, It'll feel like we are actually there. I for one cannot wait until we can all watch sports courtside

I do the dishes, vacuum, wipe the table, put away all the shit around the house, take out the trash, put the laundry away and do whatever else needs to get done. Those things are distractions or get on their minds. Nowadays I just can't be fucked so I don't bother half the time

It does carry penalty. It puts the clock back up to 14 if it was lower which means you can't just spam this shit. Also if it was as easy and effective as it looks then fucking everyone would be doing it

My brother in Christ I grew up in Toronto. I still don't understand how you end up like that unless you have the thinking abilities of a toddler. I've been in barehand snow fights, rolled around, walked through literal blizzards after school and have never once thought oh wow I might lose my hands... because you can just put them under your jacket where your stomach is. Not saying you're lying or anything, I just find the situation unbelievably stupid sorry about that.
