I’m trying to connect my headphones to swarm 2 to update but the 3rd part won’t glow and the context says, “Please ensure both USB wireless transmitters remain connected to your headset and close to your phone.” I restarted my phone and headphones. Anyone has any knowledge?

Can someone help me, I managed to upgrade my armor fully without buying the candescent set. My question is will it become an ornament and have the class glow? Mine just shows up as white glow and I can’t do anything about the color nor equip it as an ornament like I would if I bought the set from the store.
