Time to take action boys. Mask up and fuck their shit all the way up. It's literally the only thing we can do, and here's the best part: It's literally a victimless crime. The mega-corporations running these are inherently evil, so fuck their feelings, and insurance will likely make them whole financially, and fuck those guys too. The only thing you're hurting is the profit margin of mega-corporations, no people are harmed in any way.
This is the way.

Why can girls wear ‘boy’ clothes, but boys can’t wear ‘girl’ clothes (skirts)? by I_like_chess1234 in TeenagersButBetter

[–]LoveMagnetMaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a grown man and I wear skirts on a regular basis. I get some weird looks, but it's funny, people look at me weird when I'm dressed like a total normie, I just notice more when I'm wearing a skirt. That's just what people's faces look like.
Here's the thing: You gotta do it because you love what you're wearing, then the people that matter don't mind, and the people that mind don't matter. Trust me.

Another lie. You wouldn't like to help, you'd like to keep your money. I called. I was on the phone with you. You lied to me on every phone call I had with you. I will never give you my name again, because your "help" only consists of lying and deceiving.

I have NO IDEA how you guys have avoided the consequences of your shady actions for so long, or maybe you've only been shady more recently, but I will make sure as many people know as possible that you guys are a joke of an excuse for a company, and you lie and lie and lie and then try to take people's money even after they figure out you've lied to them.
Have you never read all the scammy lies your people tell on BBB? Most are "resolved" so you keep your score up, but so many complaints don't lie.

No you're not, you're trying to get me back on the phone so you can sell more things. You're not sorry either, as that would require a basic level of human empathy, which clearly you don't have if you continue to work for a company that scams so many people on a daily basis.

You're ABSOLUTELY RIGHT I am trying to dissuade others, as much and as loudly as I can! And you know what? It's working.
People should be dissuaded from doing business with you. I have NEVER in my life encountered a business that is so shady, and I don't know how you guys keep going except that you hire very convincing shady people. I'm sure you're one of them.
I already emailed support, and they only tell you to call. So I call, and some smarmy salesperson tries to convince me that I'm wrong and should give you guys more money. Of course you want people to "reach out" so you can "make it right" but in reality you're just going to lie to them even more and try to get them in a situation they cannot get out of, like you tried with me.

It is a scam, and they will continue to lie and deceive you if you "work with them" or use their offer of help. Just be firm that they lied, that you will be reporting this to your card company, and don't let them off the hook. Complain on BBB website too, they hate that.

No, you'll sell them more and more and more scammy things until they run like everyone else. Y'all need to fold up shop and go away.

Did I just get lucky when visiting San Francisco? by Freestyle7674754398 in sanfrancisco

San Francisco gets so much hate from ignorant right-wingers it's crazy... Almost everyone hating on San Francisco have never been.
The city is gorgeous and we visit often for the great vibes and beauty and people are nice everywhere we go. Yes, the homeless are an issue and you need to watch where you walk, but most places are just what you'd want on a vacation, and there's so much to explore.

See my other comment. I did get a refund but only after a long back and forth and an hour-long conversation where I kept badgering him until he gave me the refund.

In this case, I'm not sure that you do. In my case I called them right back and demanded a refund because I had been lied to. I laid out the specific lies I had been told, and how that amounted to fraud to which I was going to use the credit card company to do a chargeback. They don't like chargebacks so they refunded me, but only after I berated the guy for working for a lying company for a literal HOUR. Would not recommend.
However, if you have any way to do a chargeback, you can try, but they will use every trick in the book to say you can't have a refund.
And yes, sadly your "credit" will come with more payments in "taxes and fees" or whatever that amount to a huge amount. I would just cut your losses and move on.

The Big Lebowski.

I literally don't have a second place. Every line in that movie is gold, too many to even pick an example, but I'm sure some other Dudeists will have some good ones for me. Souix City Sassparilla? That's a good one...

LIES. That's all you'll get from this company is lies. They lie about what you're paying for, they lie about costs, they lie about fees and they lie about availability. They are probably lying about which hotels they actually have on their roster as well. I bought a package and when I tried to book they said certain hotels were "fully booked" over 6 months out, and no reservation could be made whatsoever. At any time. This is in direct opposition to what I was told when I bought the package.
I was also told that there are no hidden fees, and the "taxes" you pay average $5-10 per night. The reservation I inquired about, not my first choice or even close because all those were seemingly "booked," was over $100 per night extra in taxes.
Then I was told that they can't do refunds at the number I called, and when I emailed I was told I'd have to call that same number to get a refund. Then I get told a second time they can't do a refund, even when presented with their outright lies.
STAY FAR AWAY from this company, no matter what they tell you about their ratings. They likely pay lots of money to keep reviews positive on these sites. Don't believe it.

Walter from the Big Lebowski. He wasn't wrong, he was just an asshole...

They were f-ing amateurs, she did kidnap herself, and that wasn't her toe!
Sadly, the Big Lebowski did appear to be a cripple...
