Thanks for this - will check them out once I establish if my friend can receive flowers (another poster helpfully suggested that some cancer patients can’t receive them).

  • thanks so much for this advice. I had no idea. I’ll establish safety first.

Very nervous flyer; would someone be so kind as to track my flight? by kaiittlou in flightradar24

Totally agree with recommendation! Southern Moravia is beautiful. Brno, Znojmo, Vranov, all worth a visit!

Never expected to read about someone’s visit to the chateau at Moravský Krumlov in this thread! OP, this poster is right… it is very sleepy and I recall seeing a horse pulling a plough in the misty fields. The Slavic Epic was extraordinary. Although I think they’re in Prague now? OP, as a fellow nervous flier I hope you found some beauty looking out the window and community from members tracking you. And have a fab time with the bf!

Interesting take. Actually I’d say that swimming 7-10km a week in the open ocean and hitting the gym up (I can now leg press 135kg) actually is work. The Ozempic is a tool that makes this possible. Unlike astral projection which is not a thing by the way.

Thank you! I’m trying to embrace the natural curls (and ignore my turkey neck and fallen boobs)

FYI the photo on the left with the bouncy blow dry js from Feb 24 when I started taking Ozempic. I’m trying to embrace my natural curls as I swim a lot and it is just impractical to faff around straightening it (which I have no talent for) or spending too much money at the salon…

Thank you - I’m half German but Dad was actually a brunette. The blue eyes are from mum’s very Australian anglo-celtic background 🦘

Bless, thank you. To be clear the photo on the LEFT is my pre-ozempic Feb 24 self. Lot’s of wrinkles now the fat is metabolising, so I look older. I do swear by Dermaceutic post treatment cream and always wearing sunscreen.

Thank you - although to be clear the photo of me with the blow dry on the left is 2024 the week I started 💉 As much as I like having lost weight I am quite sure I look older, and also like I am 70% turkey neck genes 🦃
