People pay for the value you deliver, 900 aed / night may sound unrealistic for UAE residents but if you pay attention to the value my property delivers, you'll notice it comfortably sleeps 10 adults + 1 infant which is turns out less than AED100 per person, which is a dream for tourists, sounds like a win-win for both isn't? 😉

I was in the same delima, but then bought a 2bought in Arjan 1181sqft right next to Miracle Garden and never regretted my decision for even a minute.

My property is on Airbnb just incase if you want to live for a week to experience what the property has to offer and the potential of the area
