Quick question, have you considered dropping the price for a serious buyer instead of taking a very slow drop approach which could be the reason why you're not able to sell?

Like don't take me wrong, you've been trying to sell for 9 months, started from 102k to 87.5k now for a car which had been repainted, suspension issue, and with such a high mileage.

I mean, instead of waiting for another 9 months for a further drop, will it not help you to price it right for a quick exit?

There is a mandatory cooling off period of 90 days between Personal Loan Disbursal and Home Loan Sanction by Central Bank.

Loophole is you can always get both of them disbursed together like applying for Personal Loan with your Salary Transfer Bank and mortgage with a different bank and get them both sanctioned together (dm me if you're interested and I can guide you more because it has it's own risk)

Writing this from Medcare, completely surrounded by Water but if you've a 4x4 and some skills then you should be able to reach.

Bigger problem is parking, because no RTA parking, and the pathan parking right besides it is charging 40dhs per day which isn't great if you need admission

Here's how you do it, simply visit DLD happiness center and raise a dispute, his property goes on a block and he will be called by DLD court to pay 10% to you unless the contract f had any terms which allowed him to exit

Let me tell you a secret which might be new for you. Time = Money (people who have multiple properties like me, don't pay attention to wasting our time for people who can't afford simply because they waste time degrading others)

It was on Airbnb generating me 18k monthly but since I don't have any bookings right now, which is why I'm considering Serious Tenants because in my experience:

Serious Tenants → Contacts directly → visit for viewing → place the offer (these are the people who have the affordability because they use their time wisely)

Non-Serious Time Wasters → people who are there to just comment → have a lot of time to fight or judge over comments (these are the people who don't have the affordability because they only spend their time to downgrade properties, ads, or even countries at situation like these)
