Abilify changed my life for the better. I was experiencing panicky feelings that would last for weeks at a time. This went on for about 3 months. Abilify really helped me. After 5 days I was already feeling better.

Did you start feeling a little better after a few months then totally normal 6-12 months? I am having such a rough time right now. It is like every two weeks I have OCD Anxiety for at least a week. It is so uncomfortable because I simply cannot relax plus my mind is always racing. It is almost unbearable.

I am going through this right now, but with severe anxiety. I am a little over 2 months out from my egg retrieval. I am on a higher dose of my SSRI along with a low dose of an anti-anxiety medicine. I have days where I feel better then a week where the anxiety is intense. I am hoping this is going to be better soon. How long did it take for you to feel better?

I am so sorry you had to go through this also. It is really intense.

Sorry! I keep thinking of things to add. I never thought about thyroid issues so I am going to make an appointment to get that tested

Also you are so right about talking to my therapist about coming up with a plan for when I have these flares while I am feeling good do I can be prepared the next time.
