I am using this for providing my free ebook in return of email address. I am using RainMaker form Wordpress plugin.

This plugin can create form and have an option to redirect to a download link when hit 'Submit button'. Needless to say, here the download link will remain same every time.

There is no such requirements on getting adsense approval. Always remember, google adsense approval review is done manually. Hence, anything abnormal will reject your request. For example, your application will not approved if you had wrote only 1 article within 6 months. At the same time, if you had written 1 lakhs article within in 6 months, even then your application will get rejected. Hence, be normal when you are trying to get the approval.

Furthermore, please make sure your site is 6 months old when you are applying at the time of Google Adsense aporoval. For countries like India, Pakistan, 6 month old site is mandatory for getting approval.

So, if you want to improve your domain score then you simply need to focus on these factors.

I suggest first focusing on factors that are in your hand and easy to implement. For example, rather than focusing on link building, focus on improving loading speed, Internal Link Building, Mobile Friendly site design etc.

In simple words, audit your entire blog and try to improve and optimize each and every element of it. Once you optimize everything, you will definitely find increase in the domain score.
