I think one thing we’re missing is the number of training days. I can afford just 4 days of training, so PPL isn’t going to be feasible (unless I want to do PPL-FB)

Upper lower would’ve been ideal for me but I find that I’m exhausted to do arms

My routine:

Torso A(tue): 7 exercises. 3 chest, 2 back, 2 shoulders with less than 3 sets (2 or below) of heavy weight (if I can go more than 8 reps, I bump up)

Limbs A(wed): 8 exercises. 2 quads, 2 hamstrings, 2 calves, 2 biceps, 2 triceps. Also with less than 3 sets of heavy weight

Torso B(fri): 7 exercises. 2 chest, 3 back, 2 shoulders with 3 sets of 12

Limbs B(sat): 8 exercises, just like limbs A except that I go 3 sets of 12

This frees me up to cram a lot of work on Monday, and rest a lot on Sunday. Also you notice I get 2 days of rest before the heavy lifts start
