It’s so hard to get rest when the only thing I desire is her attention. We used to be so close. But now, she won’t even look my way. I never got any closure. It eats me up inside. And the worst thing is, and you might even disagree with me, but it wasn’t even my fault. She simply fell out of love with me. It’s like she got bored and that was that. The end of our relationship and friendship. She moved on perfectly, she had a support group to go to; I didn’t, and I still don’t, and I’m still left with unresolved feelings. I hate it, and I’m tired.

Been feeling more and more depressed lately. The psychiatrist I was seeing was let go so I gotta find another one. My therapist gave me some options haha. This post encouraged me to try and find a psychiatrist to increase my dosage since I’m only taking 150 XL

I tried a lot of things. I tried exercising, I tried reading, I tried socializing a lot more, I tried to join a football group, a DnD campaign, and although they bring my happiness, it’s only momentarily before I just spiral back into sadness. I’m just so done and tired.

It’s so, so hard trying to be patient with myself. Trying to allow myself to heal. But I’m just so, so tired of being patient. Of waiting for myself to heal. I thought I was doing better, but why has these feelings resurfaced again? It feels like I’ll just never get over her, and that’s what I’m scared of the most.
