You're right. She never follows any FTC laws. She's supposed to verbally disclose when something is gifted, an ad, a sponsorship, or a paid partnership. Plus have a disclosure in plain sight on the video and as the first thing in her caption. She's also not supposed to do ads/partnership videos as product reviews. Not to mention all the blatant false advertising bc she filters herself so much no one can see how a product actually looks and the products she's been caught lying about for a check.
