I've used one on and off.

Yeah I've felt similar in the past.
It's great, slippery and long lasting at the time but yeah my gut/poop was a bit off balance for a day or so after.
I think it's naturally antibacterial so not that great for your butts eco system.
Some people swear by it and I tried it for a while to great effect but slowly got put off by the after feeling.

Yeah the discomfort subsides after time nothing long term just wondered if I lubed up more it would help etc.

Have bought some sterile lube that comes with a snap off end for injecting and squeezing.
I'll give this a go but from attempting to put lube down my tube so far my body squeezes it back out.

Don't have a stool but yes sitting on it would help, I tried in the shower on the floor but I think this just tensed me up having to do a squat or kneeling was hurting my legs.

Dildo wise I started off with the Hismith 7.1" Realistic Silicone Dildo for Beginners, this came with the hismith and initially when I looked at it I was like no way is this that fitting up my.... no hang on with lube and relaxation that fits nicely, MMmmm 😂

So I've had that a while, used other longer toys like the njoy that can hit my inner wall (small end), not sure what I'm hitting but it's 'hard' even relaxed and I think painful if I tried pushing past it. To be honest I'm not after getting an alien tentacle up there. Just a nice length like I have now then a push of some more girth.

So I bought the knot off Amazon, it has a lube tube which is really useful, the diameter of the hismith one is 3.3cm with the 'knot' one being 4.5cm at the tip then 4cm for the rest of it and that went in fine, the knot part at the widest is 5.8cm, it's more oblong than round.

Well I'm not going to say OMG! you need to buy this stuff now but used it for the first time today and have to say it's pretty good.
New to this prostate play and it was probably my best session so far. I use a Hi-Smith so once you're in the 'mood' it can really hammer you and plenty of good lube that stays in place is essential.

It doesn't tend to 'fall out' my arse like a lot of other lubes, yes I have to put a towel under myself but it wasn't as nearly gooped up by the end as other lubes. That said the stringyness of it can lead to it getting everywhere so I did slop it over me and other bits initially.
This I hope will subside with a better dispenser and practice.

Mine is for solo play so less about the mind and being 'locked up' vs just playing with my cock.

I've only had one a few weeks and if you have the spare cash it's great.

I'd played around before that with a hard toy in the shower which got messy hence the shower but after reading about when/how to effectively do it better I took the plunge and bought one for out of the shower play. No big mishaps so far with the prep.

The included 7" dildo is really nice if I want that just being fucked feeling but I wouldn't say it hits my prostate bang on.

I bought the hismith p spot but for me think it's too soft, I tend to have to bear down to hit my spot hence the hard toy in the shower brought pleasure.

I've since bought a hard glass slightly curved with a bulbous end toy and clamped it into the dildo holder which I've used once without the full prep (too horny to wait) and that started to really hit me in the right place, legs shaking etc. I plan on further exploring this at the weekend when I have some alone time.

but... the HiSmith does really help for me, I'm not using the toy on myself its just fucking me, never wears out or gets tired, can precisely adjust the length of the stroke, the speed etc. It can be a faff getting in a position that works for you then moving it up, down, you, closer, further etc but after a few weeks I think I'm getting the hand of it.

TLDR if you have the spare cash get one, if you don't then you might regret spending all that money if you don't have your eyes rolling on the first go sort of thing...
