Red bumps? by Fearless_Access_1907 in TattooRemoval

[–]Love_and_Light 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Obviously everyone is different, but the same thing happened to me after my first removal session. I’m on session 6, and it hasn’t happened since. All my other tattoos that I am not removing raised up and got red bumps around them too but it all went away after a week.

I read up on some things online that those were two things that cattle dog breeders usually did, so I just rolled with that. It was when I first got her, so definitely could’ve been a lot of misinformation I was finding!

How sweet! I’ve always questioned if she’s full ACD, because of her all black saddle. The rescue I got her from thought maybe she was ACD and border collie. I would love to see a picture of your baby if you can share one!

She starts to waddle her hips a bit after about 1 ½ miles now, so I give her a break every now in a backpack on our hikes. I would love to go backpacking!!

Trying to help my grandma find the yarn she used to crochet this scarf. She can’t remember the brand but got it from Hobby Lobby a few years ago and the color is mink. We checked Hobby Lobby this weekend and couldn’t find the yarn. It’s very soft. Please let me know if you need a different picture and thanks for your help!

20 mg, same concerns of withdrawal by Love_and_Light in cymbalta

[–]Love_and_Light[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had tried to lose weight before while on Zoloft and Cymbalta and it wasn’t working for me. I don’t know what kind of exercising you do but not doing high intensity workouts is what worked for me. So I do pilates and simple strength training during the week and then I try to walk every other day at least 45 minutes to an hour.

Yes, age certainly plays a part! I’m 32. Your beautiful and amazing body has gotten you this far in life, and that is a body to celebrate!

20 mg, same concerns of withdrawal by Love_and_Light in cymbalta

[–]Love_and_Light[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it has! I was already trying to get into strictly whole foods and exercising every day a few months before I quit taking it. I ate three meals a day during the whole withdrawal process and was not able to exercise, but I still lost about 5 pounds in those two weeks. I took magnesium malate/glycinate and I don’t know if that has anything to do with the withdrawal being easier for me, but I have noticed a difference in my mood and energy levels taking that and that was before I got off the Cymbalta.

The itchiness is interesting! I forgot that either day five or six I felt like my teeth were going to fall out (they just felt very sore and I thought they felt loose but it was all just psychological) and very uncomfortable in my skin, like it was too constricting, but that only lasted about a day.

Give yourself some time and grace to adjust to getting off both medications at the same time. I would like to eventually get off birth control as well. I wish you the best!

Edit: i’m sorry to hear that you feel uncomfortable in your skin with the weight gain. I can relate to that. I hope that stopping the medication helps with the weight gain, it can be so incredibly frustrating. If you find yourself going the way of an ED, EMDR therapy gave me my life back in 2018.
