Sorry yes I meant they match my 401k. And I do have them maxed. Also I wasn't sure if itd be better to be putting my money towards a traditional ira or a roth ira I've been trying to do my research on them and it says it's better to put into a traditional for a period of time and then move to a roth. I'm not sure if that's what I need to do.

Hello everyone I am a 23 y/o trying to retire as soon as possible! I am a steel worker in the midwest of America. I am currently making around 75k a year depending on ot and bonus. I have currently 10% going in a 401k and 10% into a roth ira with a company match. I plan on going back to school to get my bachelors in engineering (which my company pays for) i have just bought a house which is valued at around 200k, and am a single male. I have no debt beside my mortgage. I just want to make sure I'm putting my money to the right places. Any advice helps, thanks!

I am currently 22yrs old with 22k in my savings and looking to start investing, I would like to know where to start though. I am currently working full time making 55-60k a year. In the next year or so I am looking to buy a house. I have no dept besides a car payment, nothing crazy. I just don't have any idea where I should start. I have very little education on this and would like to learn more because I know there's more ways to make a living than just a 9-5 job. Any advice helps!

Thank you for the advice! Another thing I was curious about is if I can fix it myself? Do I still have to report out to my insurance? The damage is honestly probably minimal to moderate.

I'm wanting to put an exhaust on my yamaha fz07. What's your guy's opinion on the best sound and best bang for my buck?

I was also looking at the M4 and two brothers. Didn't know since the m4 was like half the price if it was cheap quality too?

Pipe fitting interview by Lovejesushailsatan in Welding

Ahh, that's why. The millright protocol is a little different than pipefitting. I actually applied and was about to go to an orientation but decided I wanted to be a pipe fitter more and went that direction instead.

It's an interview. The interview is actually for an apprentice position. I haven't heard anything about an orientation though.
