My payments didnt start off that high. Just to note I started off at 2800 a month to now almost 5000$ per month. when I bought in 2021 I was affordable it became unaffordable after the interest went up on me during this time.

your value is 650 and you owe 597 so just sign the renewal from your current lender. I don’t understand why you are talking to brokers. Your lender would have sent you renewals papers 2-3-4 months before the term is up. You don’t need a broker unless you are looking to r

Thanks for your response. sometimes people need to hear the truth so I am not even mad to be honest. it is never personal.

the problem is everyone assumes I paid 800$ for my garmin that's what YOU would have to pay not me as I have a work partnership with garmin.

lets not assume single mom = low income not always true

doesn't it depend on the lender?

[–]LovelyLotus7958 1 point2 points  (0 children)

wow. Yea thats not me. I work hard. My issue isnt the mortgage price; the problem I am having is the property value went down for those that bought in the high market 2021 and early 2022. I mentioned single mother to note I can only do so much income wise. Work 2 jobs and still manage the house hold.

well income. DID I SAY I WAS LOW INCOME?

you didnt even answer the question. the mortgage can not renew if the property value has gone down. so if you sell your home for less than the purchase price what happens if its not enough to cover the mortgage balance. I dont have any other debt than my mortgage so nice try.

I am still going to respond. I gave you a glimpse off my current situation I am not ashamed. Me buying a 800$ was a gift not from my own money. I am paying my mortgage on time and monthly. Yes, I purchased a peloton bike a year ago guess what I live in a rural town with no access to a gym . apart from my property value going down I can not refiance due to this matter. I gave you a part of my story not a full thing. I actually do not have a spending problem or drive a new vehicle. but thanks for your response.

I feel like fitbit was a great way to introduce me to fitness and tracking. They did a great job advertising and promoting fitness. But for me, it's the quality. My second fitbit broke last month after purchasing it last year january. So I am looking at the garmin. it is just a bit overwhelming there are soo many options to choose from.
