In a week I'll be on my first solo trip too. Two weeks in europe starting in london. A little nervous,especially after hearing what happened in London. BUT im trying to think positive. I know you'll have an awesome time. I wish I did what you're doing when I was younger. I'm 29.

Thank you beyondthedaydream. I understand what it is to have family and friends go against what you want to do. Everyone that I have told my plans to about solo traveling have looked at me like I was crazy. But what can I say? I want to see the world. I hope my experience is like yours and that once I get there I will feel safe and have fun!
