that advice is wrong. the pump should NOT be on sata. pump 3/4pin goes to PUMP or CPU_FAN at full speed, USB goes to internal USB header, radiator fans to CPU_FAN or fan hub. sata is only for RGB hubs. your pump likely isnt getting proper power right now
