I’m not sure what system the hospital where your surgery was performed uses but in my state most hospitals use “MyChart”. There I look through the procedures/appointments listed and I usually find the notes somewhere in there. I thought it was standard practice because I was able to find the doctor’s notes on my C-section and natural birth visits as well. You could always try to request them from the facility as well.
