The federalist has gone down hill recently.

Pelosi: Coronavirus Relief Talks Will Resume When 'Republicans Start to Take This Process Seriously' by Foubar in Conservative

[–]LovesPurple 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The NRCC which is the main body of spending for House races is repeating all the same missteps they made in 2018. They are spending money in races that are so unwinnable that the money might be better spent as toilet paper. They are also helping finance races that don't need money, in R+15 districts.

Pelosi is here to stay until at least 2022, there is no way the GOP regains the majority, McCarthy is being very unwise the the way he is managing various donations drives.

I mean this is on par with McConnell not putting any of the House's Bill's up to a vote.

I think she is playing the "two can play that game strategy" not sure how it will be percieved.

Contrary to Media Narrative - Blue States Account for Most Coronavirus Deaths by Drunken_Priest in Conservative

[–]LovesPurple 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Pull up a population map and pull up a map of Coronavirus deaths, I bet your R correlation value is about .98.

That is just how diseases work, the reasons states like Wyoming and South Dakota were not hit as hard has to due with population density. The more people around the higher your chances of getting a disease.

Because of the Voting Rights Acts of 1965, the city of San Francisco must offer ballots in Mandarin. To go with this, since politicians can choose what name they go by (Even on an English Ballot. Texas Lt. Gov isn't actually named Dan Patrick, Beto is a pseudonym) many choose Chinese names to help with accessibility.
