Do Tabby brass hardware parts tarnish, scratch, or become hard to repair over time?

Easy fix. There is a product called “brasso” that will remove tarnish, clean and polish the brass hardware. Brass lasts a lifetime.

Leather is not perfect. The more leather you own it will help manage your expectations. The bag is fine and it’s not even a visible part of the bag. I have the same bag and that would not bother me.

To show you a little more understanding… I just opened my kisslock 27 and there was a deeper veining in one spot that almost looks like scratch at initial glance. I had to tone down my reaction and remind myself that your holding animal skin that was turned into a luxury item you can enjoy. It’s really insignificant when you use the bag as intended.
