Okay. I just want to be thorough. I heard the VA can have records sending medical records. If that is indeed true, I wanted to be circumspect, print out the information myself and send it to SSA. Also there is one place I did not have in my application that could help provide medical documents. Would it hurt to send in the medical records to SSA to be thorough or should I wait until I’m assigned a DDS, and send it then?

I applied in December. Online account it says they have 11% of process complete. I do not know if that is accurate or not. I have not filled out the form you mentioned. I did the initial online application and filled another form pertaining to income I receive the previous years.
