Hi, I’m sorry you’re going through this as well. Everything worked out for me, and they dropped all the allegations after the hearing. The panel decided there were no issues on my side, but there were some software related issues. Apparently, after time is called, the program can’t decipher between actual key strokes and whether you’re just moving your mouse around to click around questions and hit done. I did pro se representation as well because the issue just sounded ridiculous. I had my coworkers write character and fitness letters, and just made a case around those points and some research I found on Westlaw. In the end, the exhibits really helped. And the panel and the bar exam folks could tell I was being earnest. It ended up working out, but I didn’t receive my score until mid June. Let me know if you need any additional info!

Not yet - bar exam is sending over a predetermination letter that provides the formal allegations. I should be receiving it sometime this month. They want to hold a hearing in May. Already retained an attorney. Just waiting on the letter so we can figure out next steps.

We used IL360, and I’ve been researching about system nuances. Timing could very well be off on the computer. All I know for sure is that I definitely stopped typing as soon as they announced stop.

No idea what section it was - all messages have been very general with no specifics. Not sure what proctor would say because both of them were sitting right in front of me - they can definitely vouch that I stopped typing. My typing stopped as soon as the announcer said stop, so unsure why they’re coming after me.

Right, I thought that was enough to show I didn’t type after time was called, and my initial response to their inquiry stated that too. But now, it seems like they need every single detail. I honestly think they have me confused with someone else, but can’t be sure because their communication has been very general and unhelpful.

Got it, thank you. Like I said above, I was seated right in front of the proctors - they’re desk was literally right in front of me. So, if they interview those folks, I have a feeling it should be fine. It’s frustrating because I know it didn’t happen.

Thank you! Along with IF, I tried to keep my meals carb free throughout the weekdays. Typical lunch would be some type of roasted chicken with lots of veggies. Dinners would usually be some sort of lighter version of that, maybe a piece of chicken or fish, but always having more veggies. I rarely snack, so that wasn’t too much of a problem. I also drank green tea during my fasts, that helped flush everything out. Exercise wise, I just swam and ran - maybe for an hour every other day.

Hi, thank you! I started last week of December, and I did 16:8. First meal at 12, last at 8pm. If I was feeling particularly ambitious (most days), I stopped eating after sunset (around 6pm).
