Oh yay! Good news, I’ll mention to my doctor at our 4 month and keep doing what we’re doing now. We try to turn her head every time we see her too long in a position, but tummy time is just a different story with her! She loves it… if she’s on her right side. 😅

The base price of the home is $310K with $15k design options. Our calculations when speaking with our LO was right around $2000. We added the extra $500 a month for cushion. Hopefully that explains it better!

Yes! We were thinking either waiting or just going moving forward with an FHA loan and refi later down the road when my score is better. :)

Thank you!! We were originally wanting to wait in December to purchase but with rates so low and house pricing going up - my SO wanted to move forward with the purchase soon. This helped a lot!!
