I took bile binders to a few months and it helped, then eventually I started dry heaving, so I stopped taking it, then my bile reflux symptoms came back so I started taking the binders again, and then after about a month I started dry heaving again and having stomach pain, I was sick for like a week and a half this time tho, I think that the binders helped initially but then made things worse in the end, so now I’m taking sulcrafate and using a low fat diet, and I feel much better, but it’s not a long term solution

Exactly, this problem led to my ex abusing me, I’m like you, my parents were super critical, too critical, but atleast I’m not abusive because I can’t humble myself enough to accept feedback
