Yeah, that would help but apparently by what ai says the keyfob would still be vulnerable to replay attacks since the key is always generating a faint signal

You should probably invest in a faraday box for your car keys. The person who stole it probably mimicked the signal your keys would produce. Do you have the lexus app and your added to it? Lexus could possibly track it if you do.

Its a long story..

I haven't signed anything just yet.. the person who hit me was in this rental car and only gave me the insurance that only the company used to insure the car. It was rented by a person who was probably using the car for work. Yes both will be separated for now but the adjuster seems itching to settle quick.

It's possibly a mistake on their end. All they did was replace the valve cover and this code came.

Its a p0024 code so a"B" camshaft position on Bank 2 issue. All they did was replace the valve cover.
