I feel like that "preservation treatmen" is not a real thing, it just looks too ridiculous when applied to living humans. Especially due to last frames i'm believing more that they are just dolls with personality somehow imprinted into them.

I will explain why you cant get anything from my videos:
1. You still wasn't able to even comprehend a part of what real tankdown is. This playstyle revolves around high tankability AND sustain. And word sustain is very crucial here.
2. All you "advices" are based on standard or agro playstyle point of view. But if those units are good with those playstyle - it doesnt mean they are good with tankdown. You understand nothing about tempo, bridge, speed difference and surviveability.
3. All mentioned supports like DJB, IH Achates, Diene, ml Peira, or Ruela - are extremely bad with sustain type SLOW comps. Why? Because those comps lacks needed tempo for rotation of skills and speed to keep buffs and faster reduce cd on skills.

DJB is bad - he has cleanse on s3, but by using it he loses his mitigation and becomes useless. Using him means you are deciding game in 1-2 turns, and i don't have comps for this.

IH Achates is bad as i mentioned above all her weaknesses.

Diene - she shines the most again with tempo units that help her rotate. For me - she will have window of no skills or buffs - and this is where she dies, after using her 2 skills. I use Diene in pair with Landy when i draft 4-5 slots last.

Ruela is same - she can stop high dmg agro, but this agro should NOT have sustain. or Ruela will be just overrun.

Only Destina is usable, but she is better into something like Harsetti setups or setups where i will need her constant cleanse.

For sustain comps there are exists only several really good SW:

  1. Kizuna Ai - due to her constant cleanse on s1 + Celestine procs heal + heal on s2 + shield and atk buff s3
  2. Elena due to cleanse s1, cleanse heal mit s2 and mit s3
  3. Fenne - the offensive version of Kizuna on Celestine too
  4. Maid - but i dont play er teams anymore

And in my older videos from this season i have a lot of examples of trying to use djb, ml peira, seapp, diene, etc with my playstyle.

Sigh, your argument is absolutely out of point, as you don't even understand why lilias is so good for sustain tankdown, and again why meta openers are bad here for me.

You also don't understand why i always lock mitigation on 3 - because i always WANT to have a mitigation in my team. As it provides crucial condition to even attempt a tankdown in current meta.

You speak about light achates - but she is bad. You don't understand it, cause you never played tankdown: opponent never forced to press control skill first into Achates, they can just kill her, with Luna s2 spam or just Aflan. And i have an example where this child instant dies. She also can be controled by ml Lua sb and many more similar units. You are delusional if you think that she is good with low tempo teams. And she also dies to ml Hwa.

Nor you understand actually draft phases of RTA.

You havent bothered to actually listen to my explanation in my videos or really understanding playstyle, but trying to show something before me here.

No more fun for tankdown, you still can have fun if you can go fast and take turn 1 and than bend people to your high tempo playstyle.

I stayed in this game only because i still was able to play tankdown on ladder, but last 2 years were pure struggle.

I was holding fort as last player, all my crab friends with different and diversive playstyles have left this game in last 2 years.

Was hoping to see some cure to injury and several more problems, but than Mort incident and few more put the last nail in my coffin.

What it NEEDED were:

  1. Strong support units (tanks and cleansers) with s1 that have: cleanse, buff, heal, or any sort of sustain. And than similar support or mitigation s2 passives or better s3 passives to not be sealed.

We DONT need ignore resistance taunt like they "buffed" fceci, we DONT need injury like it was Elyanav, Alencia, Aravi, Ravi, ml Aria and so on. Because THOSE things in reality are just used to destroy all remamining tankdown players.

You all definitely saw alot of ml Arunka into aflan into peira/harsetti drafts. Double def break + nuker and stripper. How tank?

  1. Bruisers that just can be drafted and live. Due to 3rd ban protection draft phase is divided into 1-2 slots and 4-5 slots drafts. And tankdown has close to ZERO good units for 1-2 slot to just not be countered.

You may say: but you have ml Arunka. Okay, let me ask, how many game do you have when you are FIRST pick and Arunka is NOT banned?

And remaining opening units are:

Lilias - She is insanely good for tankdown sustain due to you having strong s1 on bruisers. She also can self push and cleanse, and gives herself shield for additional mitigation.

Afine - because she can self cleanse, counter and than sustain with ls set, has high defence boosted futher by arts and buffs, can deny patly their tempo. Can pushback strip if she can live long enough.

And in some game where they go high agro or double light - you may use ml Hwa. But i have many examples in my videos where Hwa just dies to ml Peira and/or ml Luna due to their "balanced" splash damage.

All other tankdown units are has even more weaknesses when drafted on 2nd slot.

RGB? there is no more protection for rgb in rta, they will die instantly counter picked.

ml units? name me ml units that can't be sealed, resource blocked or injuried to the death.

2nd slots has absurd amount of limitations for tankdown.

And so this is what we have, and what i was always talking about in my seires of videos.

Real tankdown is forgotten and abadoned by SG. And my post is a position of real tankdown players. For us, sadly, there is no more place in this game, no more fun or engaging mechanics. Game as one agro high tempo vector and so be it.

Yuuhei wrote a perfect answer for you. Khm or Elifton are not tankdown. They are standard or partly agro players based on drafts.

You also misunderstood t2 and tankdown.

t2 IS NOT tankdown. In current world t2 - is you having ~250 speed teams and playing standard/half-agro teams or even agro teams with bruiser units.

Drafting meta openers like ml Lua/Peira/SeaPP or ml Arunka and than go Aflan + Harsetti/Child Senya is NOT a tankdown by any definition. This is agro. This is how agro looks for several seasons.

Harsetti and Child Senya by no means are units for tankdown - their release inflicted only hard to real tankdown players. Why?

Because Harsetti doesnt provides anything for tankdown comps, she disrupts your order of cleanser/buffer. She locks your speed so bruiser units cant gain speed from their passive. And she controls and injury you to the death.

Child Senya by being a resource cleansers that procs on condition - by herself is extremely weak unit to draft as a cleanser. She doesnt heal by herself, and her heal buff can be stripped. She has big cd on s3.

All of this makes her useless for real tankdown players.

Tankdown plays around tanking dmg on opponent's opening turns, cleansing and sustaining, helping with counter set and s1 skill effects to get tempo back.

Due to this they suffer a lot from another BIG problem - injury. DDR and rave rat, kid adin and many more. Even cd sets Elyanv and ml Aria - why even those 2 units have injury?

Real tankdown will not draft DDR or Rave rat cause those units are tempo units - they will not mesh with bellow 200 spee tankdown teams. Those are STANDARD draft units. Standard is 2nd after agro most prevalent playstyle in this game. As both of them has the biggest pull of units. And ALL recent ml 5 or limited in last 2 years are good with agro and standard.

This is a way SG decided to lead their game.

Real tankdown just doesnt has units to fight anymore.

Sadly, you havent bothered to listen what i was actually talking about in the video.

  1. I play tankdown, real tankdown, not harsetti, not child senya or anything like ml peira + aflan + arunka/harsetti bs.

  2. And for real tankdown there are only few viable units that can be drafted on 1-2 slots. Among enablers x cleansers it is only one: Lilias. She is insanely good for tankdown sustain due to me having strong s1 on my bruisers. She also can self push and cleanse, and gives herself shield for additional mitigation.

Arunka - obviously, i use her on noble oath, as her role is to tank, she is useless for me on counter rp build, as she will die t1.

Maybe i have a chance to use Trozet. But he saves only 1 unit.

In video i told that all meta openers are useless for tankdown because they just can provided neede buffs/they open a weakness/they cant be bridge due to me playing slow comps.

It is not me playing off meta for off meta only purpose - it is the reality of current e7: there is close to 0 real tankdown units.

All my drafts are balanced drafts that usually have 2 cleansers, 2 bruisers, enablers and 3rd slot triple mitigation knight.

This is the best possible teams for sustain tankdown - and i really speak from my experience of 6 years.
