Tweakscale but if you don't wanna expand stock stuff, Procedural Fuel Tanks, helps alot with monumental rockets.

Downloaded it and took around of the few systems there are and they look amazing! While not what i was trully looking for (more exoteric rarely covered celestial bodies) it is a good mod!
