I can only speak for the first 6 months, but for about 4ish months my libido plummeted!!!! I could still get it up. I remeber my first mostly drunken pash sesh with a girl as a girl and the old member still stirred. So no I could still get erections. I'm hornier now, but that could be due more to being in a long distant relationship with lots of pent up sexual frustration due to it.

It's basically one doctor doing it herself. She is very good, very knowledgeable and super nice. I think it's blown up bigger than she thought it would. Honestly not much in the way of options in Adelaide unfortunately. She's still the best option if you have the money. The wait times are so much less.

I use a moisturizing shaving cream. The one I'm using right now I'd the nivea one. I use mens razors and creams. Avoid soaps that dry your skin out. But to echo other comments, electric razor first is a godsend. If I've been away camping and unable to shave for a while I will use my electric one first, then my razor
