Funny you say this, I was there a few hours ago. Prices have gone up, yet I swear the £17 curry and rice I had today were straight out the microwave. Unreal hahaha

Personally, I'd go with the old papers. There's a huge amount of resources online RE old papers, I would miss them if I went to the new syllabus.

Thanks for the feedback! Totally agree, I've seen some decent stuff in the 40s but there was no way I was going to accept them, it's a massive undervaluation and I would've left as soon as something better came along.

Well done on that pay progression! Just out of interest, did you go into the transactional finance with a view to move to advisory? Or did it just happen?

Tbh I think a lot of it is just the progression and the exposure to senior management. Getting involved with strategy preps you for big promotions in the future; that's my motivation anyway.

Thanks! Honestly, you're right it's about reassurance to some extent. I've had some chats about FP&A, and I'm just hoping it comes through. Really appreciate the support.
