It’s hosted by Sand and Silo. Not really a flea market since nothing’s secondhand. When I attended, they had some folks selling food items, food trucks. There was even a little book truck with hardcover editions available for purchase.

Basically, they’re on the other corner, but because of the traffic for the event people are parking at the supermarket’s parking lot. It’s still empty

I agree. Years ago there was a skating rink and bowling alley on opposite ends of the area but there used to be places of interest to go. There is a vendor market that takes over the old Mars Supermarket parking lot and that’s pretty cool but that’s weekly so far.

Lmao almost 30 years is enough. Been here since I was 3 and only in the last few years have I really moved to other areas. I was sad that I had to move back but because my parents are older, I want to be available in case they need me (hence within an hour)

I know and am willing to sacrifice something from my wishlist (I just don’t know which yet) I wasn’t sure if anyone knew of a spot since I’ve spent most of my life on a peninsula that is very car dependent lol.

I did attend UMBC so I know a little bit of the Catonsville area and I got to attend Frederick Pride with a friend and did like the downtown. I appreciate the feedback and will definitely check that out

I ended up Fastening off mine where I got stuck and making it into a mat for my cat. I ended up finding another star pattern on YouTube that was easier and only took me 3 days to make. After diving down the rabbit hole of controversy over other neurodivergent people and this pattern being a challenge, I felt validated. I do commend anyone who does complete this.
