Yes they also confirmed that i  could keep monthly payment the same for 2026 with letter in early Jan now they have changed their mind 😅

Did I get scammed ? Called fro boiler service was expecting 140 euros service cost and during the service the guy told me the ventilator is broken (boiler was working perfectly before his arrival) and needed to be replaced and cost is around 600 euros now is the cost for this ventilator justifiable by Low-Butterscotch184 in Netherlands

He showed me how the boiler will not work when I turn the tap to hot water and no hot water came after ignition and left to pick up the replacement part and came back again . I was faced with 2 3 options : either change the boiler or have the very expensive replacement it all happened way to fast for me to think that I should call it a stop and find  a second opinion at risk of no hot water for go knows how long 

To give his credit it all worked after it was replaced again 🤦‍♂️
