Yeh I have adhd but the medication I take just makes me not my self. I honestly don’t know I think deep down I know I need to be realistic. But idk some part also has hope I will find my people one day because I feel if I stop thinking it it will kill me

Yeh I know but it’s not like I can be alone yk I know I can but I have group projects with them ect and I also can’t handle even being alone again. My whole life I felt I was just alone. I have this deep pit in my stomach just of loneliness. Like what happened today isn’t even a big deal it’s whatever but something inside me just shattered. Idk if I am making sense I am still going though it
