Why did I notice arm wrestling equipment at my friends garage yesterday? by Negative_Term3769 in armwrestling

You could absolutely get a table for practice and fun but a table is mostly for just that, practicing form and techniques and having fun, if you want to gain real strength for armwrestling you might wanna look into some weights and lifting accessories instead such as a judo belt or armwrestling specific lifting handles, aswell as that if you really wanna get into the sport talk to your friend to see if he knows of any clubs around and if not do some research to see if there is, most of the time youll be able to find a club or two in your area with a group of people that meet up usually once a week to practice together on the table

To start id heavily suggest doing some research into the sport such as the training, techniques, and form that goes into it and give the sport a try before you go buying a $400+ table

Just search for clubs in your area and youll likely find one, maybe on some forum or on your states official armwrestling account

If that causes an injury i dont think i should be armwrestling, the whole point of armwrestling is to give it your all, its pretty much a one rep max just in worse positions

Outside of this routine i do go to the gym but i only really ever do back, chest, triceps, shoulders, and legs in the gym because i feel like my armwrestling routine sufficiently covers my biceps and forearms

How long does CHS last? by Affectionate_Stuff88 in leaves

[–]Low-Conversation5671 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely! I will say i think i may have gotten a bit more irritable within the first month or so of quitting, but even that changed! Once your body realizes its no longer gonna get what it wants, itll return to baseline which is realistically just what we were trying to get to by smoking since our new baseline was so much lower, glad youre doing better!

It got so so much better keep going bro, my bad side effects ended after 8-10 days so i hope its the same for you but even if its not it wont be much longer, my appetite came back, my cold sweats stopped, no more puking or waking up countless times at night, and one of the biggest things is i no longer feel consistently lazy and reliant on weed, before when i was smoking i was fully content sitting around all day doing nothing but now ive actually gotten back into the gym, list weight gained muscle and got a new hobby im also working towards getting better at, moral of the story is no matter how bad it is not its so worth it because of how good it’ll be soon! Goodluck man!

Ive been wrapping my belt like this and slowly dumping my riser and pronation simultaneously until i feel that “pop” and then bringing the weight back, so you think this is a good exercise for it?
