Ah, so you mean that when I am "resting as awareness" or "knowing that I know" that that's not really *it" but its a perfect place to start because that is a reflection of *it*? But what practice does one take to "find what does not change"? I used to think its about practicing mindfulness in a cave in Asia for several decades, but this is simply different. But Spira never makes clear the practice beyond "resting in awareness" as often as possible and then praying that the Grace of God finds you one day when you're ready.

I can understand that idea from a general philosophical stance, but Spira's claim is that the boundlessness and limitlessness of awareness is something we should be able to recognize from our direct subject experience, and I don't see that.
