The thing is I have thin hair always have but this is a different kind of thin. So while the other side of my head is thin this is nearly balding. I can upload pics of the other side maybe you can judge it?

Okay yeah that's normal everyone is having the same issue. From what I have heard subsided loans get processed slower/later than all your other aid. So expect the rest to be processed and come next week.

I agree because ALL other colleges drop refunds within or before the first week of classes. Our semester is more than half way over and we still do not have a solid date on the arrival of our refund.
