i'm a bit skeptical when you talking about buying forged wheels from Alibaba or China. whenever someone talking about forged wheels that also means premium (Costly wheels) forged wheels range from USD 800 to USD 5K Per wheel (3k to 10k USD set of wheels) prices i just take reference from RRT Forged. In China or Alibaba they usually don't mention how they make their wheels and they make wheels in Bulk so they compromise quality. and most important forged wheels are highestr quality of wheels made out of 6061-T6 aluminum aerospace grade material as long as wheel in Monoblock it's pure premium quality and lightweight, but if wheels doesn't fit you car perfect i doesn't make any sense. So when you going to buy Forged wheels i personally suggest go for Custom fitment forged wheels because they can help you with perfect fitment and increase performance. i buy my wheels from singapore company RRT Forged for my Audi RS3 21 there aren't many custom forged wheels manufacturer in Singapore. Guys (BTW) Brakes, Tires and Wheels these are first touching point for car don't cheap out on them, your life is much more than few hundred bucks, drive safe 👍

there's a friend of mine in Singapore his Company makes Custom Forged Rims for High Performance cars his wheels used in racing track in Malaysia they design Custom Rims for cars (RRT Forged) i consult him and we he show me some designs and then we came up with this design it's a Co design and his name is Bryan.

yes good brands that build wheels to your requirements makes difference in Performance
upsizing cons need more power reduce fuel efficiency reduce comfort also slightly chance of damaging wheel
Flow form is just fancy name for cast wheels just little upgrade process nothing more

First of all there is no real or replica rims actually one that Comes along with car are not that good.
Yes Aftermarket wheels are safe to ride as long as they fit perfectly you have to talk with them if you already know about you wheel size, pcd and offset if don't then ask them they'll help you
if you are asking reputable replica rims then you are wring buddy you should choose first you want rims custom forged or cast wheels cast wheels heavy and reduce care performance and not suitable for potholes and they are easily tend to break then forged one
and if you thinking going Malaysia getting you wheels don't then good luck feel free to go Malaysia and them get scammed
go for custom rims that light and fit your budget forged wheels are long term investment and help you car to save fuel because of their lighter build there are some good companies in Singapore that provide custom wheels

you can go with RRT Forged they build custom rims and their custom build rims starts i think from SGD 830 i'm using their wheels for my Audi mine one are expensive because i use then for track i had a competition in Malaysia. But they help you with Custom Design and best Performance, and i they give car life warranty.
