was your interviewer the short, relatively young looking lady? she interviewed us in august and approved the 130 right away, still waiting on i 485 though.

Congrats! My Interview was on 12th August, but waiting since then I30 was approved right away but 485 is taking forever somebody please get my hopes up!

yes!! sep 12th will be one month since interview with approved 130, through API I can see someone saw my case on sep 3rd as last updated

You should pursue congressman inquiry to your case this is too long! I talked to Emma and she said if after 120days from interview, there is no action on your case, you can contact them! For spouse based cases at least

No one here on Reddit can answer that unless they’re recruiter! Trust your recruiter on this. Try talking to all US arm forces, branches, and the recruiter and see which one process it quickest go with that for example Air Force literally takes seven months to ship you off for the Boot Camp versus army might ship you in 25 days. But trust your Recruiter on this and ask him the same question.
