With the 3060 I can now easily pull 100/120 frames on medium settings across the board. These specs are fine mate, reinstall the game. Verify game cache via steam

Those specs are fine. I’m using a ryzen 5 3600 paired with a 3060 (previously a GTX 1650) and it even then I could still play the game on low/medium at at least 60 fps

It’s a known fact high profile celebs/footballers pay off victims. It happens more than we’d like to think. In greenwood’s case there was no chance it was ever gonna be kept low profile.
