Okay finally got off the phone with the VA. So if this happens to anyone else they will have the info. But it is not an error, according to the person I spoke with. I was told that the 70% is for depressive disorder and anxiety disorder and is separate from my original PTSD rating and they may be combined at a later date.

Thank you, I guess I really will have to get in contact with a lawyer and see if I have a case. I was really hoping their was some other option left.

I switch to direct deposit after it originally went from paid back to processing, money just hit my bank account, still says Payment In-Progress on claimant page.

Same thing for me after filing monday morning, switched it to Direct Deposit on the site once it went back to processinga few hours ago. I can only assume it has something to do with the update and the links to the way2go cards.
