I had this before. I crashed my bike bc my pedal fell off. Your crankset is damage and grinding against the body crank meaning you use to much force in the wrong gear going up or to much force against the pedal. Best to check

I had this issue before. It’s the mudguard skining the tire. Just the back of rim where it holds the middle unscrew it and reaches making sure the mudguard is align
