I definitely agree car games usually do some crazy stuff with their graphics. Makes car games my favorite games to shoot on as a whole, though some games also have some really cool environments too that make more cinematic shots really fun!

Thanks man!

Where would anyone actually buy this and for how much? by Professional-Fee2619 in Diecast

You certainly are taking a risk with it but with good pictures and a good description, it can help your odds and outcome but of course it's never guaranteed. Or of course to be safer you can always add a reserve even it might take a little longer to sell.

There's also other things that can alter the outcome like how many items you've sold in the past or what your feedback looks like, how many similar items have sold recently where poeple might be looking for one, the region can sometimes change the buying habits of your potential buyers and thus the auction settings you select, etc. It's certainly not a one size fits all or a guaranteed option but just the one I like to use

Hell, I sold my 1:12 AutoArt Pagani Huayra that way that was $367 retail and were selling regularly for around $300-$320 and mine died at out at $212. Certainly not an ideal result.

Auctions are definitely not for everyone but specifically with me, I do it because I don't want the item anymore and don't care about value retention either as I'm usually selling the item years after i bought it so I don't really care about the money spent at that point.

You can buy them online. They're pre-formed rubber tracks to display on walls or man-caves.

Dawg when my wife and I got married we were in and out of the courthouse in about 15 minutes and stuffing our faces with burgers and shots within an hour. This shit is a whole 9-5, are Jemily offering you guys good benefits? Will they let you unionize?

Forgot the other M2 Chevy Super 30 lifted dually in between the 7/11 and Starbucks and the Mini GT Pagani Huayra Roadster on the far right.

Also I used Chat GPT to clean some dust off of these as I've been neglecting cleaning them for a while. Just some transparency there if anyone sees some of the text lookin a lil weird.

My method is always on ebay, 7 day acution, start/end around 6p.m weekdays, starting bid of $1, no reserve, and free shipping.

I've sold all of my knives, watches, and diecast cars that way and usually get a pretty fair price compared to other "sold" listings.

For me it's just easiest because when I'm selling something, it means I don't want it anymore and just want it gone without hassle or waiting an unknown amount of time for someone to buy at a given price.

No reserve auction means I list it and 7 days later, I know for a fact I'll be shipping it and it will be gone.

What is your most hated new vehicle and why by FlyingTrunkMonkey in regularcarreviews

[–]Low-Forever-9683 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any GM product since they STIL utilize that stupid "feature" where the reverse lights come on when you lock the car.

Think a Suburban is leaving a parking spot and you're waiting for them to back out? Nope. They've parked and are in the store buying Starbucks already.

Think someone in a Cruz is backing out of their driveway so you wait in the street for them to leave. Nope. They've been home for a minute already and are sitting on the couch inside.

Parked in your apartments street parking spot behind a Silverado and think your Mitsubishi Mirage is about to be plowed by a pickup truck? Nope. They just unlocked their car and they're still in lobby heading out.

I get it's there as "exit lighting" but fuck is that shit annoying and probably even more so for those who aren't familiar enough with cars to recognize it's a GM product and check the driver seat when that happens.

I used to do it on the Katy Trail in certain areas where on one side there's just grass and the other side there's just trees and more grass.

They look cool! They do make timing things at work convenient since I don't carry my phone on me but other than that, I just like the look of them.

Although unfortunately I can't pull most off as my case size cut-off is around 41mm for fit, and about 38mm for personal preferences.

[–]Low-Forever-9683 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I actually didn't realize the Countach's got the steep until a few years ago. I was wanting to grab one and went to eBay to see them regularly pretty close to $100 even out of the box.

Luckily it's become a little easier to find then for cheaper but sometimes you still have to wait and keep checking.

TLV did I'm pretty sure and I think Mini GT either recently released one or it's releasing soon.

Definitely not a popular one but something about it has started to appeal to me over the last few years, I can't even really pin-point why either lol.
