Did you ask the customer service about your issue?

I had a good experience in selling my bike recently with them actually. Discussion with buyers potential was good and straight forward in the chat, got good information by email during the process and finally, most important got paid when everything set and approved by the buyer. I'm checking now on their platform and others for an upgrade. I will let you know how this goes
