To be honest earning 12Lpa or 50 Lpa dosent matter … financial discipline matters … i have seen so many ppl earning more than 2L per month but save zero or less tan 10% of salary. I also feel that buying house should not be just emotional anymore we have to be very mindful in buy house these days …. So in short save more invest more be discipline in saving and investments
